The purpose of storing personal data

Hydrafit AS offers its services to both private and corporate, over the phone, via email and chat. The minimum we need for personal information in order to respond to inquiries is name and email address. In order to provide services to our customers, we create customer profiles, and for that purpose we collect personal information. Hydrafit AS expects that every business customer has obtained the consent of their employees to be registered in our systems.

Who is the responsible manager of the peronal information?

Hydrafit AS by the general manager, is the person responsible for the treatment of the personal information we process in connection with the use of our websites and services, or when you come in contact with us in other ways.

The legal basis for the treatment of personal information

We have a basis for processing personal data pursuant to section 8 of the Personal Data Act and Article 7 of the EU Privacy Directive 95/46 / EC, both because the processing of personal data is necessary to carry out orders and respond to inquiries (section 8 a) of the Personal Data Act and Article 7 of the Personal Data Directives b)).

How do we secure the information?

Hydrafit AS has established rules and procedures for the protection of personal data and privacy.

We shall use all reasonable precautions to ensure that our employees and third parties who have access to your information are adequately informed to ensure that they only process this information in accordance with this Statement and our privacy obligations.

Deletion of personal data

Hydrafit AS has established rules and routines for deleting personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. Information is deleted at the latest one year after the user is no longer considered an active user of our website and services. Personal data relating to invoicing is stored in isolation and must be secured for 10 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.

Sharing of information

Unless you have given specific consent to the disclosure of personal information, your personal information will only be disclosed to others where this is necessary to fulfill our mission obligation.

We also share personal information with our subcontractors, possibly also with public authorities if there is a statutory extradition obligation.

Personal information sent via contact form is stored in our web system. The web system and its servers are located mainly in America (USA).

Your rights

If Hydrafit AS processes personal information about you, you are entitled to access your own information. If the personal information is incorrect, incomplete or it is not possible to process it, you can also ask Hydrafit AS to correct the information.

We do not process and store information about you longer than necessary for the intended purpose or for what is required under the agreements entered into and not beyond the legal framework. We delete personal information when a user informs that he / she no longer wants to use the service.
